BACKFLOW VALVES IN THE IRRIGATION SYSTEMS AT PELICAN COVE (PC).
In 2022 new backflow valve systems had to be re-installed near the Club House
For unknown reasons, these systems were removed at PC in the past (may be someone thought they were not aesthetically pleasing?).
Future Board members and Property Manager should have in mind that these backflow valve systems are a Town requirement.
There are TWO irrigation systems at PC; each has a backflow valve. One backflow valve is located near the Club House and the other on A1A on the exit side of the Guard House.
