POA DUES
POA quarterly assessments are due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
The POA prefers for owners to setup automatic ACH bank transfers as this reduces the administrative burden on the POA; please ask Property Manager for instructions on how to setup these transfers. Alternatively, a personal check to the order of "Pelican Cove POA" can be given to the Property Manager. Wire transfers are another alternative; again, instructions are available from the Property Manager.
Delinquencies Guidelines :
Overdue letter will be sent promptly at the end of grace period (30 days):
-- A late fee of 25 dollars or 5 percent, whichever is greater, will be added to the unpaid dues,
and:
--Annual interest rate of 18% will be applied to the unpaid dues (after the 30-days grace period).
