Flat Roofs

If you are planning to install a Flat Roof, read Construction/Remodeling rules and fill up the following forms:

- Architectural Review Board Form

- Flat Roof Installation/guaranty Form

Warranty of flat roofs redone with Campany Roof Company during 2020:

Owners that had their flat roofs redone with Campany Roof Company during 2020 have a10 years warranty and can ask the Property Manager to coordinate repairs for those flat roofs. Written copies of these warranties are also available for pick up from the Property Manager.

The units with flat roofs under Campany Roof Company Warranty are: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 18, 20, 24 (small roof), 25, 26, 28, 36, and 38.

All other units with flat roofs must notify the Property Manager when repairs are needed to avoid the risk of voiding the POA’s general roof warranty. Owners of these units are also encouraged to consider using Campany Roofing to protect the roof system warranty. Contact: https://www.campanyroofmaintenance.com
