Additional Information for New Owners
Once you become a new owner, remember to request from property manager the password to "OWNERS" site at PC web site, so you will have access to the PC Directory, Welcome Committee contact, and many other useful information.
Moving trucks should be 28 feet or less.
In the past, there has been damage to the entrance curb and planters by large moving trucks, so the POA has limited the size of the moving trucks that enter the community.
Remember to authorize moving trucks with "MyEnvera" app.
