Dear new owner, make sure to read all the documents included in "Governing Documents Part 1 and 2" before signing the Receipt of Documents.

Moving trucks should be 28 feet or less.

In the past, there has been damage to the entrance curb and planters by large moving trucks, so the POA has limited the size of the moving trucks that enter the community.
